The theme for the 2012 Special Olympics Canada Winter Games is Just as Bold. Here for Gold. It reflects the fact Special Olympics athletes share the same passion and goals as their Olympic counterparts.

Undoubtedly, the theme will be brought to life by the athletes as they compete in seven winter sports throughout the course of the Games.

The following positions are open for election on the Skate Canada New Brunswick Board of Directors for the year 2012.

 (Nominations may be received by the Chair of the Nominating Committee until April 1^st, 2012, BY LAW #11).

The Provincial STARSkate Championships schedule is now posted in the Calendar of events section.

The pilot test day schedule will be posted during the week prior to the event.

Note: 2 pilots are offered, SC Solo Dance and Jump Competition

 At the 2012 Provincial Star Skate Competition, the section will be running a test day pilot to see if holding a test day during a competition is practical and beneficial to the skaters.

We regret to inform you that due to problems obtaining the judges required for the event; the Skate Canada New Brunswick  Provincial Synchronized Skating Championships have been cancelled.

The Skate NB Competition Committee is currently accepting Amendments from Skate NB Members, Clubs, and Committees etc.
