Required Elements: Well Balanced Program

a) one free program of 2.0 minutes(+/- 10 seconds)

b) Jumps, jump combinations, jump sequences
there shall be no more than 6 jump element that must meet the following specifications:

• (i) at least one axel type jump must be included (may be a waltz jump)
• (ii) No more that 2 jump combinations and/or sequences may be included. Combination jumps may contain only two jumps.

c) Spins
There shall be no more than 2 spin elements that must meet the following specifications:

• (i) One combination spin with a minimum of two positions
• (ii) The second spin may be of any nature.

d) Step Squence
There shall be no more than 1 step sequence that fully utilizes the ice surface.

e) Bonuses will not be awarded to pee wee skaters.
